Her expertise includes: issues management, media strategy, materials development and publishing, community outreach and education, event planning and promotions, marketing communications, legislative affairs and political strategy.  Ms. Kusha is an accomplished writer and savvy communicator who understands how to make challenging issues both understandable and acceptable to the public. RECENT REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS: 
 
Dublin San Ramon Services District.  Helped organize a special event for hundreds of families to commemorate the start of using recycled water to irrigate the Dublin Sports Grounds. Coordinated participation with the Dublin United Soccer League and the City of Dublin, and helped orchestrate the official ceremony.  Publicized the event through local print and electronic media.

Dublin San Ramon Services District.  Conducted outreach to local developers of new homes and businesses, keeping them apprised of progress on recycled water projects that affect their developments.
